How to change a user account password on Microsoft Windows 7
It is wise to change your Microsoft Windows 7 passwords regularly and perhaps you have other reasons for requiring to change the password sooner. Below are instructions on how to change your user account password.
Step 1 - Select ‘Control Panel’ from the Start Menu.
Step 2 – Select ‘User Accounts and Family Safety’.
Step 3 - Select ‘Change your Windows password’.
Step 4 - Select ‘Change your password’.
Step 5 - You can now change your password.
Note: Remember that having a basic user password isn’t the only form of protection and there is more you can do to protection your computer system.
